Hey there 👋 I’m Anup, a software engineer based in Wollongong, NSW, Australia, with over a decade of experience building software that people actually enjoy using. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with both product and service-based teams, creating everything from large-scale consumer apps to enterprise solutions; many reaching millions of users.
I first started coding back in 2009, building apps for BlackBerry (yes, the trackball days!). Then came a brief stint experimenting with Nokia’s short-lived app platform using Qt, before finally finding my home in iOS development. Since then, I’ve worked extensively with Objective-C, Swift, SwiftUI, and more recently tinkered with Flutter, React and Next.js, and I enjoy learning new technologies and frameworks as they evolve.
Today, I provide custom software development services for businesses and individuals, specialising in mobile and web applications. Whether it’s building new products, maintaining existing applications, implementing new features or solving technical challenges, I enjoy turning ideas into reliable, user-friendly software.
Beyond software development, I enjoy experimenting with Firebase, AI integrations and creating interactive animations. I’m a big fan of Batman and can usually be found rewatching Seinfeld or Supernatural when I’m not coding. If I’m not working on a project, I’m probably watching a good K-drama, catching a movie or spending time with my family.
I also enjoy documenting what I learn through technical articles, open-source projects and YouTube tutorials. This website is home to my blog, projects and experiments, with more of my work available on GitHub.
